COG (Claude Observability GUI) is a desktop application for keeping tabs on Claude usage: live Cowork session tracking, usage trends and analytics, and chat import for digging through history. If you're going to work alongside an AI all day, you might as well have a dashboard telling you exactly how that's going — I spend my day job around instrumented systems, and apparently the habit followed me home.
What it does

Where it stands
v1.2.1 has shipped, including UI polish and smarter feature visibility depending on the environment it's running in. Next on the list: preparing a proper Linux release, because the homelab deserves nice things too.
